Mediation

people at table talking no faces.jpg

Why Mediation?

Unlike traditional legal proceedings, mediation focuses on open dialogue and mutual understanding, allowing all parties to express their and needs. The advantage is that the parties have ability to be creative and flexible to arrive at solutions. And they typically report higher satisfaction with the results than from solutions ordered by a judge.

As a mediator, I am a neutral party there to help individuals or groups come to mutually agreeable solutions to conflict. I hold myself to ethical standards for mediators which includes maintaining strict confidentiality throughout the process.
