My name is Michelle Arnett and I'm passionate about empowering individuals to lead healthier lives and improve their overall well-being. Additionally, by fostering effective communication and conflict resolution skills, individuals can strengthen their relationships and create more harmonious environments. I'm driven by the desire to make a positive impact on people's lives, helping them unlock their full potential and live life to the fullest.

All About Michelle Arnett, MHS

I am a WellCoaches® Certified Lifestyle Medicine Health and Wellness Coach. I'm also a ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Behavior Change Specialist. I am an Instructor for the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation for Critical Incident Stress Management and De-Escalation Techniques for the Frontline.  I obtained a Master of Health Science degree through Boise State (GO BLUE!!) where I also worked as a Research Associate in the Center for the Study of Aging. When I am not working, you can find me hiking in the hills, cycling, skiing or whatever fun outdoor adventure awaits.
